Description

This evaluation was determined to be an implementation evaluation that would evaluate the Western Cape Government's (WCG's) transversal skills interventions and to assess how the inteventions could be strengthened. The evaluation was to also determine the effectiveness of these skills interventions in supporting the Provincial
Strategic Objective (PSO) 1: "Creating an enabling environment for growth and jobs."
