Independent Design Assessment of the Energy Research Development and Innovation (ERD&I) Strategy

Description

The purpose of this evaluation was to develop an assessment framework against which the ERD&I strategy could be assessed and thus the focus was on conducting a review of secondary data. A small sample of seven key informants were purposively selected for interviews which was adequate and appropriate given the scope of this study.
